PLEASE NOTE:

1. We are unable to ship mouthpieces to Italy.

2. If you are ordering from Europe you will be responsible for paying the VAT. This is an import sales tax levied by your country on products from outside Europe and is NOT included in your purchase price.

Shipping Information

We usually ship on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. Gold plating will often take a few days. Canada Post rates allow you to combine multiple items for shipping.

Please Note:

Shipping is very unpredictable. The table below lists Canada Post "shipping standards," plus allowance for weekends. We have seen mouthpieces delivered more quickly than the numbers quoted, but on average it takes about two weeks for mouthpieces to travel either way within North America.

If you wish to receive your mouthpiece more quickly than the quoted standards please choose an express shipping option, but remember that we will only refund shipping costs at the regular non express rates.

INTERNATIONAL	The cost is the same as for shipping to the US for Air Mail. There is no Expedited Parcel option. Express Post to international destinations is $55 for 1 or 2 mouthpieces and $65 for 3 or 4 mouthpieces. We are unable to ship mouthpieces to Italy or Russia.
