Shipping and Tax Information

Shipping

We usually ship on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. Gold plating will often delay shipping by a few days. Mouthpieces in stock usually ship within a few days. Most Standard Brand mouthpieces must be machined, which can take approximately a week. Custom orders take up to two weeks to fill.

Shipping rates by Canada Post are calculated in the store prior to checkout. It costs about $10 to $12 to ship one or two trumpet mouthpieces by airmail small packet to most destinations without tracking.

Please note that Airmail Small Packet does not include a tracking number.

We do offer shipping by FedEx. However the FedEx on-line rate calculator is temporarily out of order. Please call or email with your address and postal code for a FedEx estimate.

Shipping times are unpredictable. Shipments sent by regular Air Mail take one to two weeks to arrive and do not have tracking. If you would like to receive your mouthpiece more quickly or want tracking please select one of the express shipping options.

Taxes

Sales within Canada are subject to local taxes. You will be charged GST or the appropriate provincial HST at checkout.

We do NOT charge any taxes on international shipments. If you are ordering from Europe you may  be charged VAT by your customs agency. Some countries outside Europe have similar duties and taxes. Paying all import taxes is the responsibility of the purchaser. Import taxes are NOT included in your purchase price. We will not reduce the declared value of any order for tax purposes.
