Wedge mouthpieces come with a two week trial period and a money back guarantee.

If you buy a Wedge mouthpiece, and it does not suit you after two weeks, you can return it in new condition for a refund of the original purchase price.

There will be a small restocking fee in order to cover our handling expenses on mouthpiece trials. This arises because of taxes, duties, and brokerage fees generated by returns and exchanges. The purchase price will therefore be refunded, minus 5% of the total charges on the card. Shipping costs are not refunded.

If during the two week trial we decide you have the wrong size we can trade tops and/or backbores. You get two weeks to play each new mouthpiece sent. We can continue this, within reason, until we find the right size.

Backbores that are exchanged for a different size may be replaced with ones that have been returned from previous exchanges, and therefore might have slight insertion marks.

If PayPal is used, the original mouthpiece must be returned and received in good condition before the new mouthpiece is shipped.

If you prefer to use the Size Trial Program you can have 2 or 3 sizes to try all at once.

The purchaser agrees to authorize charges on their credit card for all merchandise and shipping costs if products are not returned at the end of the two week trial period.

Mouthpieces are to be returned by regular postal service, not by courier. Taxes, and brokerage fees generated by returning mouthpieces by courier will be charged to the customer's credit card.
