The Mike Herriott Line

Introducing the Mike Herriott Line of Wedge Mouthpieces

Canadian trumpeter Mike Herriott is now a Wedge endorsing artist. Mike tried out the Wedge at the 2008 ITG in Banff and has converted to the Wedge for all of his playing. Mike will have his own signature line of mouthpieces based on the following sizes.

Herriott Lead

Top: 10.5FC with a 22 throat.
Backbore: Heavy Wedge Medium Large upper section with 22 throat. Regular length Large lower shank to produce an accentuated step bore backbore configuration.

Herriott Classic

Top: 5CC with a 25 throat.
Backbore: Heavy Wedge Medium Large upper section with a 25 throat. Regular length Large lower shank.

Herriott Piccolo

Top: 10.5FC with a 25 throat.
Backbore: Heavy Wedge Medium upper section with a 25 throat. Regular length ML lower shank.

The Herriott signature line will be available in silver or gold plating. The same configuration can be ordered now. Custom engraved models will be produced with the next run in a month or two.
