Flugelhorn Mouthpieces

We have just introduced our line of Flugelhorn mouthpieces. This is a very deep V shaped flugel piece designed to produce an extremely dark, mellow flugel sound. However, the efficiency of the Wedge rim means that this can be accomplished without compromising endurance and upper range performance.

The Wedge flugel uses a screw off backbore. One top can be mated with a backbore for Bach, American (Yamaha, "Standard"), or French tapers.

Instant Flugelhorn - just add trumpet and water!

We are also offering a trumpet backbore designed to allow the flugel top to be used in your trumpet. The result is a very rich, mellow sound that is intermediate between a very dark cornet and a flugel. It also plays in tune. It is a nice alternative for ballads when you do not have a flugel at your disposal, and it really fun to play.
